SHIPPING POLICY
Shipping charges may be the cost of postage + a $2.95 fee for handling/delivery. For returns, except in the case of an error from us, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. To return your product, please contact us to let us know the problem. Once we approve your return, You will be notified so that arrangements can be made to return your items.
PROCESSING TIME
All orders are subject to processing time that is separate and apart from the time it takes for a shipment to reach its destination once it has been picked up from our fulfillment center by the applicable carrier. Depending on a number of factors, standard domestic and international orders may take up to 2 business days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and Holidays) to process. During product sale or promotion periods, the processing time can increase to up to 5 working days.
After your payment is authorized and verified, standard orders take 2 business days to process. This is just an estimate and doesn't include weekends or holidays.
Shipping fees are non-refundable. If you refuse any shipments from Silhouette Africana, you will be responsible for the original shipping charges, plus the cost of returning the package to us. This amount will be deducted from any credit issued. We do not ship to PO Boxes.
DELIVERY CLAIMS
If you are experiencing a non-delivery or your tracking information states that your package was delivered by the carrier but you have not received it; you must contact us within 5 days to file a claim. We will assist you in working with the carrier to complete the claims process. Please note: Claims can take up to 30 days to complete (depending on the shipping carrier used).
Silhouette Africana does not hold or accept responsibility for packages that have been reported as delivered by the carrier. We do not issue refunds or credits for packages that the carrier confirms as being delivered.
OUT OF STOCK ITEMS
If your order includes multiple items and one (or more) of the items are out of stock: we will go ahead and ship the rest of your order, issuing a refund to your original form of payment for the item(s) not in stock.
RESERVED RIGHTS REGARDING SHIPPING
While we will make every effort to accommodate your shipping and billing preferences, in order to protect our customers, Silhouette Africana reserves the right to require customers to use a “common” shipping and billing address in the event we are unable to process an order or verify a shipping address provided.
Additionally, Silhouette Africana reserves the right to solely define and limit, refuse, and/or cancel orders from customers at any time due to excessive returns history indicative of “wardrobing;”
An irregular or excessive returns history involving worn, altered, laundered, damaged, or missing items; or,
potential fraudulent or criminal activity.
Similarly, Silhouette Africana reserves the right to limit, refuse, and/or reject returns (both in-store and online) to any customer or entity, due to similar actions as noted above.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded. Custom-made items are subject to 25% restocking fee.
Returns are valid within 14 days of the order being delivered and customers are responsible for return shipping cost. The item(s) must be in its (their) original, unworn, unused, unwashed, and undamaged (physical & strong odor damage, such as, but not limited to, strong body odor or perfume, etc.) condition with tags still attached. Valid returns can only be issued as a store credit for the purchase of similar or other product(s) from our store.
Our goal is 100% customer satisfaction. In case of any damage or error in product description, we will cover full return shipping cost for you to ship the product back to us in exchange for same product or store credit for future purchases. If you decide to keep the product, we will refund you an agreed amount which will be refunded as store credit for future purchases. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email/text message to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
